Change Principle One - Physiology First!

Picture

The Cycle of Physiology on Perception, Behavior, Emotions and Judgment

INSTRUCTIONS:  Listen to the 19-Minute Video Below with Tony Robbins (Video Exercise 1).  The slideshow below covers all of his main ideas and principles.  By the way, Tony Robbins utilized the research of John Gottman to arrive at his personal theory of physiology.

Physiology is the most important key to our relationship with ourselves and others.  John Gottman is the premier marriage and couples therapy researcher who discovered when your heart-rate goes above 100 - your brain goes off-line and your cognitive abilities slow down or are difficult to access for problem-solving.

This is why we must focus on Physiology First in our relationship with ourselves and our relationship with others.

After you've finished Video Exercise 1, I encourage you to do Video Exercise 2 - Tony Robbins Priming Exercise.

Using the Navigation Bar - Explore the nesting pages attached to this page Change Principle One for more ideas to influence your physiology in positive and transformative ways.

(19:25 Minute Video)
