ANXIETY CLOUDS EXERCISE. Use the button below to download the Anxiety Clouds Exercise. On the first page are the common causes of anxiety. The following pages contain cutout clouds of different sizes. The goal of this exercise is to think, critically, about your anxiety and the various contributing causes. Some causes carry more weight than others. Rank order the importance of each cause by writing the cause on the cloud that represents the weight and rank you would assign to it. If you are aware of a cause of your anxiety that is not listed, be sure to include. When you have rank ordered the causes from least impactful (written on a small cloud) to most impactful (written on a large cloud) take a picture of the rank ordering with your phone and send to me to talk about for your next session.
